Paree
These terms explain the rules for using Paree. By creating an account or using Paree, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Paree is provided by StudioSof ("Paree", "we", "us"). Paree is a private self-reflection app for adults who want to understand or change their relationship with alcohol, cannabis, or nicotine.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Paree. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you can enter into these terms.
Paree is not medical care, therapy, treatment, emergency monitoring, or crisis intervention. Paree does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, monitor your safety, or replace advice from a qualified clinician.
If you may be in danger, may harm yourself or someone else, have severe withdrawal symptoms, or need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately. Do not wait for or rely on Paree.
You are responsible for keeping your email, password, device, and recovery code secure. Paree cannot recover encrypted entries if you lose both your password and your recovery code. Tell us promptly at privacy@studiosof.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Paree may offer a paid Premium subscription. Purchases are billed through Apple using your Apple ID. Apple handles payment details, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and billing support under Apple's own terms and policies.
Use Paree only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to use Paree to:
Your entries belong to you. Paree is designed so the things you author are encrypted on your device before they reach our servers. Our Privacy Policy explains what data Paree handles, what remains encrypted, and how subscriptions are processed. Read it at https://studiosof.com/paree/privacy.
You can delete your account inside Paree by going to You, then Delete account. Deleting your account removes your account and entries from our systems. Backups are cleared on a rolling basis shortly afterward. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.
We may update Paree or these terms as the app evolves. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Paree after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Paree is provided as available. We work to keep the app reliable and private, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, StudioSof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill.
